Cant build Bots or Air Factories, Cant Advance at all.

I've tried playing this game a few times and every time i get stuck at the very very beginning of a single player match. I cant build anything but the T1 Vehicles. No bots or Air units. I cant even build the factories that are supposed to make them. The only factories I can build are the Vehicle and Naval one. And only Teir 1. What am I missing?

You're in Galactic War. If you want to build everything you have to make a multiplayer game and add AI.
