Using PA Launcher & Unable to access settings or appears blank

I've tried many times now to access my Settings ingame and every time i get a blank window.
Save and Close doesn't do anything and the same with Cancel, the game seems to just lock up.

I've Deleted the game and reinstalled and still getting the same problem.

Anyone else have this problem and or have a fix for it?

Mind uploading your DxDiag (see my signature) so we can get a general idea of your system?

Are you using mods. Sounds like it could be an outdated one.

I did update them all with the new version of PAMM (0.13.3) on PA Build 70289.

I disabled them all and now i have my settings back and game functioning normally.
