Hello, Can you please post your Dxdiag on the forums? It would be helpful to know what your OS is and if all of the drivers are up to date. How to get Dxdiag: 1) Click the Start button, then click Run. Type "dxdiag" without quotes. 2) Click "Save All Information" and save to desktop as a text file. 3) Post back with the attached file. But from what other members reported, this type of crash is only caused by outdated graphics drivers.
I attached the full dxdiag.txt ------------------ System Information ------------------ Time of this report: 8/7/2014, 22:23:10 Machine name: 2S0M31-PC Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.110228-1616) Language: Hungarian (Regional Setting: Hungarian) System Manufacturer: System manufacturer System Model: System Product Name BIOS: BIOS Date: 11/23/09 17:18:32 Ver: 08.00.15 Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 750 @ 2.67GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.7GHz Memory: 6144MB RAM Available OS Memory: 6136MB RAM Page File: 2198MB used, 10069MB available Windows Dir: C:\Windows DirectX Version: DirectX 11 DX Setup Parameters: Not found User DPI Setting: Using System DPI System DPI Setting: 96 DPI (100 percent) DWM DPI Scaling: Disabled DxDiag Version: 6.01.7601.17514 32bit Unicode --------------- Display Devices --------------- Card name: ASUS EAH5770 Series Manufacturer: ATI Technologies Inc. Please update your graphics card's drivers, they're from 2011 (!). Here's the link to the latest HD 5770-compatible, Win7 64bit package: http://support.amd.com/de-de/download/desktop?os=Windows 7 - 64#amd-catalyst-packages P.S.: It's kinda ridiculous to request a change to the game before checking whether it's your system causing the issue. Just saying ...
