I could use the help of a more experienced artist

Would anyone be interested in doing some art for my YouTube channel? I can offer you a shout-out in a video and credit in the description of my channel page. If someone with truly exceptional abilities were to offer themselves, I might be willing to pay out some real dough. Anyway, I'm looking for someone who could design one or more of the following:

* A Sunny Dove MNC-themed YouTube wallpaper (It should be 2000x1500, but the size must be under 256k so the final version will need to be a medium quality jpg)
* A Sunny Dove avatar (Resolution doesn't matter. This is easy to scale down. Just make sure it's a square)

Before you break out any tools/programs, let me clarify. Please don't just jump straight into this and make something. I'd like to talk to you first and be an active voice in the creation of this art. I'd rather not have someone waste their time making me stuff and I don't use it because it's not to my liking.
