Just bought game and cant download all 145 packages

Just downloaded game and run the launcher, I then click the play button and it begins downloading 145 packages, but always gets stuck on package 140 and windows say that the launcher stopped working and closes the launcher.

Any suggestions?

Just tried it again and stopped at package 142 out of 145

running window 7, 64 bit with up to date graphics card drivers

Try deleting all the game files are retry with a clean install.

It was my direct X. definitely needed direct X updated. Launcher needs a direct X detector and if not up to date provides links to get it there.
