Galacticbuild v.68767 In spectator. When i click to view the vision of the players, nothing happens. neither can i get a complete view of all the players. If there is anything else you need to know. Write it.
Have you tried clicking on the top white eye? Also, click a few times. There's a bug where the first click doesn't always register.
Yes. I had tried clicking the white eye a few time.But that didn't help either. (side note. huge fan of you commentary)
The eye icon is only highlighting when i mouse over it. but it still isn't showing any thing. nor does it stay highlighted when i remove my cursor
I tried leaving and re entering a few times, and also just joining random games as a spectator. But i didn't help. Edit: Just tried again this morning after disabling all mods. But it still didn't work
Can it be that yoiu are at the beginning of the game and no commander has spawn yet? The first time it happened to me i tough it was a glitch then i just fast forwarded for like 3 minutes and voila.
But sometimes at the end of the match i cant get the view of both players i can only see one team at a time, or, sometimes, just my team. Them i have to exit the game and search for a replay.
I've also had this problem before. Joining a game in progress as a spectator will give you no vision of anything, and none of the vision controls in the upper left panel will work
Eh dude, there is a lot of planets, last game i spectated i waited about 20 minutes for commander to spawn, then i found out the battle was already raging on the other planets i wasn't checking out. (yes i was far out of my head at that time).
I've had no vision as a spectator several times in single planet systems, including once today. I would also make sure to check all planets in a system before coming to such a conclusion. Trust me when I say I wouldn't make the same mistake.
-UPDATE- I am not able to test any solutions at the moment, i'm currently on holyday and my pc dosn't have PA downloaded and the internet i am using is to slow. (took me 20/30 minutes just to open this page) I will be home in a 15-16 days time. Lmalukobr: nope. when i joined the game was well under way, and issue is not that i can't see them on the picture, but that i cant press the eye icon to see anything. Mot9001: I did check all of the planets but i didn't have any kind of view nor could i select the view of anyone nor everyone Fr33Lancer: Maybe but i tried to join in on games that hadn't started yet and when they started i still had no vision. So i might be a bug or something, i don't know. I'll try and answer any questions, but i can only recall so much from memory.
true, but i think i do have a few friends on Uplay that i don't have on steam. Still i don't see how this is related to a bug/glitch/something in PA. But i'll gladly answer anyway
I have the same issue. But it only happens if I join a already running game as a spectator. If I'm a spectator from the beginning of the game everything runs fine, but if I join later on the specator doesn't work.
