I've not had the first bug, but the second I was able to fix on my system by updating my video drivers. They were only a couple months old, but the update fixed it and I haven't seen the bug since.

    1. Disable all mods
    2. Try clearing (or temporarily renaming) localstorage
    3. Update drivers/OS
    4. Post dxdiag / system report

that's a general statement that is generally false. it's won't load for you not for everyone.
You'll have to take some steps individually, there's nothing the devs can do without knowing what your particular case is.

Go to the apple menu up top > Control Panel > Hardware Config

copy everything into a text file you upload to your next reply as your attachment.

are you on steam? on ATI? nvdia?

Dude! Why so cynical? Being a customer doesn't entitle you to being a jerk. The project is under development.

That is not a menu item for me ;^)

    Gathering System Information
    • Steam - Steam client window -> Top menu bar -> Help -> System Information
    • Non-steam - At least OS version (e.g. 10.9.3) and video chipset.
      • If you have Steam installed that should be good even if you aren't playing PA with it.
      • Apple menu (upper left) -> About this Mac -> More Info... -> System Report. Copy-paste information from "Hardware Overview" (default view) and "Graphics/Displays"
    • Crash (steam or not) Click "Report" and select the bug report text in the text field of the next dialog. You may want to save this in a text file and attach it to your bug report rather than pasting a large amount of text.
