Umbrella firing sound effect too loud

It appears that the sound effect used when the umbrella is firing is waaaaaay louder than the rest of the sound effects. This could be intentional, to alert people to the fact that they're being shot by umbrellas/ being attacked by orbital, which is really useful, but it is really jarringly loud in comparison to all the other sounds.

I think it needs a volume nerf and maybe a flanger?

I think the umbrella sounds like those really old 8-16 bit games with there lazer sound effects lol

the sound is crippling compared to everything else, plus since its so loud, im so annoyed with the sound byte itself...it isnt good D=
