    I am crashing mid game,
PA.exe has stopped working, I am well aware that it is probably my graphics drivers but i can't update my drivers as Dell refuses to allow that. .

Would there be any other way to get around the problem?
Or am i going to have to go harrass Dell into finding a way for me to get up to date AMD drivers

    yes it's your graphics driver,
you can try to annihilate your older drivers with driver sweeper,
after you've done this it should allow you to install the updated drivers from intels website

Tried updating but since it is a Dell card it wont use any other drivers other than Dell ones, which the version i have is actually the latest version. Guess i'm going to have to wait until i get my new card to play.

No, it's not Dell card. It's standard desktop AMD GPU:
    Code:
Card name: AMD Radeon HD 7570
       Driver Date/Size: 7/5/2012 10:21:34, 1108480 bytes
You need to download and install latest drivers from AMD website:
    http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows 7 - 64

After you install new drivers game will work just fine.

I have tried doing this multiple times, it will only accept the drivers Dell releases.
There is no option to install the latest drivers until Dell releases them, i have been trying to install the new drivers for 2 days now, i have even contacted Dell.

Remove drivers via Windows Control Panel, then use Driver Sweeper:
    http://www.guru3d.com/content_page/guru3d_driver_sweeper.html
    Clean remain display/video drivers.

Then restart PC and after restart install one from AMD website, they'll work.
