Spanish Languaje?

Is there a Spanish translation of the game there?

Currently the answer to ypur question is "no". But you can fix that! PA uses crowd-sourced localisation. Check The official PA localization thread on top of this forum, where you can find all information about that.

The Spanish language is fully translated. How I can download the language?

It's in the game. You have to go to Options -> UI -> Language. There you can switch to spanish.

I put Spanish and translates to very little.

That's odd. Probably they didn't put the whole translation into the game. I guess you have to wait.
