Thre is something weird with your drivers dates:
    Code:
Card name: AMD Radeon HD 7640G
    Driver File Version: 8.17.0010.1247 (English)
    Driver Version: 13.251.9001.0
    Driver Date/Size: 6/10/2014 00:52:28, 1318552 bytes
Try to completely remove old drivers via Windows Control Panel and then install latest one from AMD website:
    http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/mobile?os=Windows 8 - 64#amd-catalyst-packages

AMD installers are crap. They usually fail to remove old drivers completely. :-(

You should see them in "Add/Remove Programs" in Windows Control Panel.

I can't find the drivers in the add or remove programs thing. I think it might be because I'm running windows 8.

The easiest way to uninstall catalyst is through their installer which is what Windows uses to uninstall or install it.:)
The Add/Remove Programs hasn't been in since Win XP. Now it's called Programs and Features in the Control Panel.:) (but probably not Windows 8/8.1:rolleyes:)
