Cant teleport to other planets

I was wondering if its just me or I cant teleport to other moons in Galactic War. Is there any other buildings I need to build on the planet I am teleporting to besides thenteleporter itself?

Left click one teleporter, right click another teleporter, have energy surplus, portals should work.

Are you sure you are linking them correctly, with sufficient energy?

I think so as I linked one on the same planet without a problem however when trying to link on another planet it simply does not work. Even with control grouping each one and trying multiple times.

do the portals activate? that is, do you see the blue glow?

or are they just not linking?

Apparantly that was a possible bug since teleporter works on another planet however it did not work when the system was only small moons. For some odd reason it would not link to other moons.
