Hey Peoples, after looking around the forums, I cant find the script for .papa (PA) files to import then into 3D studio Max (I have the 2014 Version)

Anyone know if such a thing has been made yet? I want to import a commander to use its rig/body as a template to work on my commander :)

Who knows? But probably not. 3DS Max 9 is very old.

That is how I have been doing it, but since the rigging doesnt seem to transfer over, I have been unable to rig my commander myself.

What format are you exporting it from Blender in? The FBX exporters available don't properly export bones; if you are using that, try using a different format.
