this has been happening since the last two patches. my computer details: Dell Windows 7 Processor - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2520M CPU @ 2.50 GHz RAM - 8.00 GB Intel® HD Graphics 3000 System - 64-bit Operating system i have try to re-install and i have try the refresh button but they didn't work. its the same for galactic and multi-player.
Do you ever have any mods installed? If yes please try to rename/move this settings directory: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Uber Entertainment\Planetary Annihilation\ Keep in mind this will remove all your settings as well.
Problem you talking about most often caused by UI mods. Can ypu please answer if you ever installed any mods for PA or no?
In this case you need to remove/disable it because mods does break UI usually after every game update. If this not help try to rename directory I'm posted above, this will clear all PA settings so you'll know for sure it's not what cause your problem.
