I had a Internet problem, now it is cleaned. I can play reasonably.

But still have a problem, I can't see matches in the lobby.

Thanks, this was helpful. Although for me (not sure if it differs for others), my Steam install of PA (by default) is in common\Planetary Annihilation, and attempting to change it to common\PA\Planetary Annihilation causes Steam to not know where the game is any longer. The launcher seems to run fine from common\Planetary Annihilation, though.

Oh well I was guesstimating. Just use that location, but if you want PTE, rename the old Planetary Annihilation to "backup stable" and move PTE there and rename PTE to "Planetary Annihilation".

As it didn't recognize the new location, it cant help but not recognize the old location as what it believes to be the real one. In that way, it works to play PTE on Steam. Just use you "backup stable" and rename the folders back around, to change back to stable.

I had to make it up, I'm sorry for that mistake, I asked around but on the forum I found noone who had steam version. now I know I will correct OP.

stable is broken in a number of ways, PTE is much better optimized and I personally don't play GW

PTE are usually unstable, use at you own risk, and how do you get the unitdb working?

Thanks for you helping tread. The problem is I can't get unitdb wokring the button was not there in the morning ... But just now the button came after I refreshed the mod in the PAMM, I guess need to refresh sometimes?

dis-activating and re-activating can help when installing a mod for the first time.

Well the game now takes up like 3x more space because of the Copy in both stable and PTE.
