[REL] [Server] Fireflies Only Game Mode

I just got started with modding last night and this is what I've come up with.

If no one is familiar with this game mode, the objective is to win only by using fireflies for defensive and offensive units. To achieve this, this mod re-enables the low-power laser on the fireflies. Although simple, this game mode leads to some entertaining gameplay.

If anything is broken, please let me know.

Nice mod, I have missed firefly only games. Do you want to add it to PAMM?

This sounds amazing. I was only able to pull this off once a while back against a friend of mine who just started playing, it was pretty fun.
