Was just playing a team game with a friend-are you able to share resources in addition to armies? If so, how? If no, is this being implemented soon? Thank you in advance! I am loving this game, the AI just dropped a moon on us before we had orbital even up. So glad kickstarter exists!!!
Yes you are able to do this. Whatever is excess from what you have in storage is automatically shared with your allies. So basically if you have resources that are in excess of what can be stored by you they will be shared to your ally.
If you play the army game type, everything is shared. Units, economy, intel, everything is shared. In the Alliance game type, it's two separate people with two separate economies and units, but vision is shared. In the Alliance game mode, vision is shared, and excess economy is shared. If I have a positive economy and my storage is full, then my economy will be given to you. In the future, we'll be able to gift units to allies.
