    When people talk about the t1 tank, they refer to it as an ant. When people play a live game they don't look at the names of the units. Therefore ant is the only name of the t1 tank in use, so it's called an ant.

    Ant felt a lot more fitting for the T1 tank. Small hardy units that amass in great numbers.

    Equally, scamper felt appropriate for the T1 bots.

    Bolo as a word evokes pudgyness and low damage, it's a very bubbly name, and does not evoke hardness at all. It sounds like the name of a lumbering punching bag really, or at least some low level artillery lobber thing.
