Is there a true "hotfix", or still have to do 1GB download?

I see "hotfix" in the last post in the update thread. Does this mean there is a true hotfix download or do you still have to download the whole 1GB app? Just asking because sometimes it's hard to know when changes like this happen.

It was about 50 MB on Steam from the previous build.

Ah, I see. I am a kickstarter supporter since pre-alpha and have been downloading the full exe. How can I get it added to my steam account?

Nevermind, I found the "convert to steam" button in the PA store page. Sweet now I can get back to downloading more mindless garbage with my internet data quota. Cheers!
