Uber, great job so far on content, but a bugfix patch would be great!

It's really awesome that you've been providing us with all the amazing content we recently got, but I think a lot of us would like to see fixes now. We don't need the next patch to have content, We'd just like to see the persistent lobby issues, UI lag, server problems, and other issues fixed. Thanks!

    +1!

I'd imagine we'll get one any day.

Yeah. We're working on another pass full of fixes and optimizations as I write this.

The long term bug I hate the most is the if you team chat before you pick a location you are unable to pick one.

So, we pushed a total of three builds last week - the initial build of course, and then two patches. In both cases, the patches were pretty much all bug fixes, crash fixes, and optimizations. You can expect to see more of that coming.

That is true. However some fixes for the disconnects and lobby issues would make the game much more playable. :p

Well... given our history with getting lots of patches out in a fast and furious manner, if you see problems still happening, and you know we're aware of them, you can assume it's a rather gnarly problem to fix. ;-) Or it would already be fixed.

We could always roll the build back to pre-Thursday, but I don't think many people would appreciate that.

Is that why the music layering bug is still present? Because it's gnarly to fix? Or because you don't know of it yet?
    Just curious.

Well it's news to me, but that doesn't mean someone else hasn't heard of it. But the more details the better. That listed post is not very helpful as bugs go.

More detail on repro circumstances, what platforms (PC, Mac? Linux? All of em?), when it started happening, etc all help us to stomp bugs like that much more quickly. And if there's a post in the community bug tracker, a link to that helps a lot as well.

I've experienced the music layering as well. From memory it occurs after winning a game and starting another- the 'annihilation' climatic music continues playing over the top of what should be playing at the time. I'll do a bit of experimentation to try and narrow it down further and give you a more definitive set of circumstances. I'm on Windows 7 64 bit btw.

I'm on PC (Windows 8 64 bit) and as far as I recall it's been going on since Gamma first launched. Circumstances are kind of hard to pin down though.

It seems to just happen whenever it wants to, the most I've noticed is that it happens when the game's been on for a long time (about an hour)
I also know it happens when scrolling through chronocam very quickly (both in replays and in game)
There is a post in the bugtracker but it's even less helpful than my forum post (http://pa.lennardf1989.com/Tracker/...ask_id=3355&project=1&order=history&sort=desc)

If you want I could make a more detailed post in it.

The issues I have noted are mostly around social features. Adding a friend doesn't always properly send the request to the person. Inviting someone to a game doesn't always work. There status is some times wrong or lagged. (These aren't game breaking just annoying.)

The biggest issue to date and has been for a long time now is the fact that you have to restart the game every time you finish a game just to see the lobby...that uber is the kind of bugs that hes trying to point out, yknow the kinda game is broken kind of bugs. Restarting the game every game is reallllly annoying and its been a constant problem since ive owned the game, which has been months.

But that being said, overall uber your doing a great job and continue the hard work, but maybe a little more PTE before calling it "stable" is just what is needed for these kind of bugs.

That's the only bug I really want fixed. Even the music overlap bug is fixed by turning off music.
