Can I enter server commands from dedicated server window?

As title says.
I did a search, but I'm having trouble finding anything on this.
I've been running a server here in Colorado 1MATPHAT1 for a few days, but I have no control over it. I'd love to actually be able to admin my server without logging in to Steam.
And yes, I've looked at the freeware server tool that Lennard offered up, but It doesn't have live server functionality.
I know the game has no votekick, adminkick, reserved slots, Etc, yet.
But I'd love to be able to at least control SOMETHING from the dediserver console.
Help?

You have to actually be playing the game on your server to do anything.

Uber is currently working on a way to admin without actually being in-game.
