Hi, I was wondering how the gunners rate of fire is calculated in level 3 since it doubles the rate of fire is it (original rate of fire + endorsment)x2 or is it original rate of firex2 + endorsment ?
Gunners ammo doubles at level 3 passive yet you can fire it all at the same rate as normal, so yeah its double which is why it's so important to upgrade to it asap. I personally dislike using rof on a gunner as he shoots so quick already, it helps with warm up time but I prefer to stick on round hound or ammo mule instead, then two other awesome perks like crit, accuracy or armour.
I find accuracy to be alot more rewarding, combine that with silver rate of fire and clip size and you got a winning combo
My preference is gunner with speed. Gunner's main weakness is that he sticks out in battle and is an easy target. My build is to have the ability to go in and out within a blink of an eye. (so to speak) :lol:

I forgot that the gun is weaker per bullet at passive 3 (but a little stronger overall) I may have to experiment with some setups at passive 2 just to have stronger per bullet combos
