On both my Steam copy, and via the PA launcher I've had several new issues that have never happened before: * Black screen on startup - I can hear the music, but nothing appears * Map loads, Mex points don't show (option on) * Unit overlays don't show (set to always) * Clicking on factories and fabbers, no build UI * Economy UI doesn't show up At first I thought it might have been plugins, and I disabled all of them and occasionally when I started up things would work, but even with them all off (and a clean PA via the launcher) I still have these issues. I've included a copy of my DXDiag. They can also be seen on my most recent stream (twitch.tv/titusballs)
Your problem clearly related to mods. Try to remove this directory: C:\Users\YOUR_WINDOWS_USERNAME\AppData\Local\Uber Entertainment\ This will reset all settings for sure (keep in mind: hotkeys too).
Ahh, so they both use a shared directory - makes sense (as to why it would break). Shall try that later today.
Correct, PA always store settings in this directory no mater if it's installed from Steam or standalone launcher.
