You need at least one more gigabyte of ram for sure to meet minimum system reqs. Your CPU also seems like it's a bit weak, but I don't know what the hard minimum for good performance is there. I'm no expert about radeon series video cards but drivers look to be fine.

Looks like you've already gotten the help needed, but as noted, we require 4GB of RAM. To play in any larger games you'll need that at a minimum. We recommend 64-bit with 8GB for the best experience.
