Don't get me wrong, its a great game and I love it, but i'm having a few issues. I like to game with my brother and I was super excited when I found out about splitscreen. There are two things wrong with splitscreen though. Firstly, the two screens are separated in a way that its so awkward I can't even keep playing without thinking about how much I dread it. Can't you guys at uberent just have them horizontally on top and on bottom? My other issue is that whenever I played with my brother, we ALWAYS got put on the opposite team. We tried 4 games and out of all of them we were both on the enemy team. Besides for those two things, I am loving the game. Thanks for the effort uber, and I am HOPING that you guys keep updating this game.
the only problem is the booting of team mates every third match, every time me and my buds meet on the lobby we somtimes get booted to main menue, that or were not on the same team
I think this is a join in progress bug. When you join in progress you always get put on opposite teams it seems like. Logging this.
Another issue is that when the host migrates, our party seems to be split in half and get switched teams. (then the teams are like 5v3)
is the split screen going to be changed? because i personally love this feature, however top bottom is the best way to do it. not many games have a split screen online feature anymore. im glad you incorporated it.
My main problem with this game is that it lacks some of the standard shooter gametypes such as Capture the Flag and Territories, in addition to only having a few maps. I know this game is an Arcade title, and that Crossfire is an awesome new gametype, but doing the same maps over and over will get stale after a while. Oh, and no one I group with has mics -_-
No, I did not join one of his games in progress or vice versa. Half the time we were put in an ongoing game and the other times it was a new game, still placing us on opposite teams.
I'm pretty sure the Game Balance will take a little more time to reach "perfection" (in quotes because even then it wont be PERFECT). My only suggestion is to try and invite the "guest" to a party. If you're partied up you will be on the same team every time.
