LeaderBoards

First off let me tell you that the game is awesome but I have noticed that some people have already been able to mess with the leaderboards. Not that it messes with the game that much but i would really like to know how high i acctually am on the leaderboards. I think that it would be awesome if they could somehow fix them.

Could you elaborate? Are you referring to the players who have hacked it? (stealing Shadow's first place in earning) Or are you referring to them not updating? Sometimes it takes a bit for them to update so don't worry they will be correct soon. Now if your referring to the hackers, then honestly I don't know what to tell you, I'm not exactly sure whats being done about them.

Hackers?? Are the boosting because anyone attempting to Hack on Microsoft official servers is very quickly and very brutally permabanned.. including account deletion and loss of all DLC/XBLA games..

I do notice that the leaderboards take between 30 mins - 2 Hours sometimes to update, even on the scrolling bar at the bottom I do not see instant updates after a session as I would like, but I attribute that to the newness of the game.

The leaderboards have been hacked and, I think, 4 people have placed themselves at the top.

Can anyone from UBER please confirm/deny this? If so I would assume they can fix it..

I often find when people accuse others of hacking it is due to envy.. I am assuming this is the case here.. but Uber, get back to us.

All I've tried to do is be as helpful and informative (and inquisitive in some instances) as I can be. I've never degraded, blatantly called someone out, or insulted anyone on these forums. What do you consider trolling? And show me some examples of where I've done it.

to get back on topic and not completely derail this:

I've fallen to like #700+ on the leaderboards. I will be playing tonight if anyone wants to group up (even you Intelekt!) and play some blitz or crossfire.

Friday I will be playing my heiny off, so I'd like to get a group of 4 others that can play from 3pm est to about midnight. Let me know.

I will definitley play with you tonight, I need to go get some sleep now as I have some animating to do before gametime tomorrow, I will add you when I log.

Well like they somehow change their money so it is way higher than it would be possible to get this far into the game. So yes i guess stealing Shadows first place.

This is much better. I suggest you learn to get along with Smitty cuz he has a lot stronger roots here than you. He's never been a problem before and he's in pretty tight with the devs. Not to mention, he is probably the least selfish person I have ever virtually met and he's probably the furthest thing from a troll. There, I've had my say.

Now on topic, the leaderboards have been hacked. It has been confirmed. Unfortunately, the devs can't really do that much about it. I don't think they can reset any one person's stats on the leaderboard and banning is entirely up to MS.
