Haven't been here in a a while, am a bit confused

I haven't played PA in a while, nor did I look into this forum since a while, like, actually try and read some threads. So I looked at the PA updated post posted on the 20th of March, 2014, with the GAMMA Build 63180, but my game shows 63475. Are the new updates announced in another sub forum than the bug forum or something?

Also, in the updates tab under new (in the game) it mentions that we can make line formations in a test/PTE-build (PTE?) or something with line formations and replays? I can't make any line formations, so I suppose that the test-build isn't public. I also looked at the Vanguard number 4 that was posted yesterday and see that Uber is working on asteroids and balance apparently, and the UI.

I haven't really played it since about a month or two (three?), I wonder what I missed exactly.

Hey, welcome back. Your game shows 63475 as there have been a few minor updates with just a couple bugfixes, so, since they are not major, they haven't made it to garat's 'build tracking thread'. As for the other stuff I'm not sure.
