The Issue A friend and I have searched the forums/web and I haven't came across this issue. (YET) I seam to be able to launch the game and see video, but it's split. I've updated video card drivers, turned the res down as far as it goes, switched between window/fullscreen mode, disabled steam overlay and still no fix. I see people raging about nothing and getting help. I have an actual issue here can I get some assistance please.
Some things you could try: use 32bit colors instead of 16bit turn off other applications such as LOL verify PA files show us log from the crash C:\Users\you\AppData\Local\Uber Entertainment\Planetary Annihilation\log\
