Can't update to latest 'build'

Hi, everytime I log in it says to re-update my game, and if it doesn't allow, then to restart Steam - to no avail.

Any ideas why I can't update the game?

Edit : There is no servers on my current build either, so it's pretty frustrating.

you can use uber patcher if impatient :https://store.uberent.com/download/PA_Setup.exe it works for steam copies

I had this issue yesterday too. The game updated fine in Steam on my laptop, but just refused to do anything on my main pc, even after restarting steam and trying 'Verify integrity of game cache'.

However, someone posted a solution that worked for me on the steam forums : In the PA folder (..\Steam\steamapps\common\Planetary Annihilation\) delete version.txt, and then'Verify integrity of game cache'.
