... servers drive me ******* mad. Why? just because I had downloaded the whole game a lot of times in the beta period, I thought all the issues were fixed, but doesn't seems. When i choose a server from server list I pay attention to ping,full or empty and i try to join the game. Sometimes says: "different content of the server" or some ****-like message. otherwise says nothing, I join and after few seconds that bitch goes fucked up (I see ppl and bots going in loop, running in the same place hitting walls and so on) perhaps is a problem with steam tickets or somewhat related to steam validation rejected http://www.google.it/#hl=it&source=hp&b ... a7b7b3fe34
Maybe if you relaxed and read the first page of the forums you would find your answers. Not all servers have downloaded the last update meaning they are still in beta. You cannot play on those servers yet until they upgrade. As for the bots, who cares? It'll get fixed eventually.
I feel your pain, I tried AT LEAST 10 times last night to join a game, ANY game and I could not so I gave up and went back to DCUO.... I was able to play fine in the Beta with few issues and last night I was unable to join servers giving the same error as yours and when I did finally get into a server, I was disconnected for no reason within 2 minutes of connecting.... that happened twice after the second time I gave up... Whats up UBER? Just servers not updated yet or some other issue preventing connection or interupting connections? I have been proud of your DEV team as the beta was in great shape compared to a lot of products released today, however, I feel taken back a little from last nights attempts, to me it seems like not such a succesful launch, perhaps mine and the OP's experience is rare? I will try again tonight and hopefully all goes well.
You're getting the DLC error because servers haven't updated yet. Regardless, if you're lagging out and seeing people marching into walls, this is most likely the problem.
howdy, same problem there. this time I've opened all the router ports and the steam+mnc ports. nothing changes, i join games, and i am able to play for few seconds (like 20 or 30) and then all goes ****'d up because i see the ppl goin straight against walls and also bots do the same. is a router problem? what the hell is that? please i need anwers because I did as suggested on this forum pages and also on steam support forum. actually this game is unplayable in multiplayer for me, i was able to play some games in beta, now is impossible to play a match. EDIT don't tell me shitty matters about patches and server that aren't updated because i join some servers that are actually updated.
