So I am able to get on the actual game fine. The problem is it's impossible to play it when it crashes on you randomly. The most common crash is when I try to join an army spot in an online or single player game. Also when i try previewing the system in system creator it takes a awfully long time so I usually just stop the program. I just re-installed this game due to having to get a new hard drive for my computer. Thanks in advance!

    Dxdiag is below

There is two problems with your system. First one is 32-bit OS memory limitations:
    Code:
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1
    Memory: 6144MB RAM
    Available OS Memory: 3328MB RAM
You only able use half of RAM you have because of it. More information and workaround available in this topic:

Still for your hardware I recommend get 64-bit OS.

Second problem is outdated video drivers:
    Code:
Card name: ATI Radeon HD 5450
    Driver Date/Size: 1/26/2011 23:00:32, 596480 bytes
You need to download and install latest drivers from AMD website:

Ok, but before with my old driver I had conflicting video drivers. The new update only worked with pa and minecraft and when I went to update it in the control panel area it reverted back to the one I had before (which was about 3 years old)

Try to remove all video drivers (ATI Display Driver, AMD/ATI Catalyst) though Windows Control Panel and then make clean install of latest drivers. Then everything should work.

Both things WILL cause problems, but randomly depends on memory usage.
