Game won't work

So, I finally loaded up the new patch and...

It... wasn't a very good first impression, to say the least.
Is it because of mods I have installed or something? Anyone else having this issue?

EDIT: Also, HOLY **** THAT PERFORMANCE UPGRADE!!

I fixed the problem by disabling Economy Efficiency

Hum, I do have the exact same issue.
However, it doesn't seemed tied to a particular mod, but to all mod using Floating Framework.
If you disable the latest, everything works.
I tried several combination of Floating Framework + 1 mod using it, and it always end dark
