Why are some servers greyed out?

    In the new server browser, some servers show up grey, but I can't find any consistent reason why..

    Anyone know?

    greyed out means they're full but we have noticed that the count is off by one.

    Some of my own servers are greyed out but are open for players to join, but when I refresh the page some of them change to white and ones that were white might change to grey.

    I don't really mind, but should that happen?
