pa.exe crash on start up

every time i run pa it crashes and do not what to do

also i am runing widows 8.1 on a new computer

Ya know, I wonder if this is due to a fresh Win 8 install not carrying d3dx9_43.dll. Please make sure you have these Runtime files downloaded:

You might want try configure your drivers to check if PA will work on discrete graphics card. Out of box it's only use integrated graphics.

Here is how-to:

If you running game though Steam executable you need located here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Planetary Annihilation\bin_x64\PA.exe

so should i try installing it from steam ? or just way until pa get update because i tried every suggestion and none of them worked

No, it's won't fix your problem. Just try to configure your drivers to run bin_x64/PA.exe on discrete graphics, but for Uber launcher executable locations will be different.

Also can you make screenshot of error message you get after crash? Or can you copy full error text here?

no i can not because all it say pa.exe has stoped working a problem caused this porgam to stop working correctly also
