    I'm back! Been too long, weeks without my desktop! Can't play PA on my laptop. Installing mods and then i'm going to play and hope the AI doesn't beat my ***! I have always beaten the AI before but that was back in alpha and early beta!

    Play it on a large lava planet. AI performs best on lava planets I find. Moons good to but those are boring.

    Can still be vulnerable to an early ant/leveler push but has vast improvement against pelter/holkin/catapult creep.

    Getting annoyingly good at raiding with bots and bombers.

    Just seen great AI vs AI battle until "Platoon Manager" start eating 610-650 msec. :D

    Obviously they were going to be in, but I didn't realize that they were on public builds yet.

    I figured something like that would be inserted with a lot more pomp and circumstance.

    Then again, it may just be a quick and dirty script sorian threw in not worthy of mention, with proper NN coming later.

    will the AI evnconly beable to like build the V rockest and throw a planet into the main one? (sorry for my spelling...)

    interesting, I usually beat the AI or get nuked to death before the game gets that far (usually the former but sometimes the latter)

    Interesting. So far I found the AI pretty dull. It never changes strategy and in the long run is very predictable. I almost *feel* when is going to launch a nuke and lately I learned to not let myself find unprepared.

    Yes. I have done team army games with people against the AI and said 'there's a nuke coming' a few minutes before it flies into range. I'm not sure what gives you that prediction ability. But I was never wrong.

    It does stop you abusing the AI by harassing with scouts/bombers though.
