This is a relay from another user:

"go to PAs forum, and tell them I cant post bugs, and tell them after this update, around 90% of the people can join my game, but becomes offline after around 1min, and they become "offline"

    Any Ideas?

Everytime I make an server, around 90% of the people joining, stand as "waiting" and after 1minut or so, the player stands as "offline".. Why does this happen?

What number of planets you use? Is they're big? If you use system that's too large people most likely avoid it because they don't have enough RAM to load such game. Each 1200 meters planet use 1GB RAM so if you made 4-6 of such planets it's serious issues for some players.

Also it's doesn't mater who create game because all games are hosted on UberNet and not on your computer.

Problem clearly not related not related to your hardware.
When you design your system check PA memory usage because not everyone have 16GB and good gaming-grade GPU.

PS: Don't use Internet Explorer. Firefox/Chrome is much better. ;)
