Play test is over, everything seemed to be working somewhat nicely from what I saw, so there is hope..

Yup, and while announcing that the play test would end in a draw, they threw in some parting comments that suggested their time would be better spent getting other work done related to pushing a patch out, vs dueling more in that game. No promises implied, but still encouraging to hear.
