Graphics Update

    I have to get back into the game to take a look at some things, but just keep in mind some of us who have some visual impairments or perhaps those of us who might want to not worry about eye strain with 14+ hrs of straight game play (which I've come close to doing in TA/SC/SC2 days).

    There are some games out there where text isn't clearly visible (bad/squishy font ie. Sins of a Solar Empire), or too small (4px vs 16px). so if there is a way for us to be able to adjust, to some degree, the HUD that would be fantastic for me.

    I know prior to this build; being able to see what units I had selected was difficult to see... let alone be able to find units that went off on a mission into the unknown without remembering where I left them, or to which direction the went off in. But as I said in the beginning I have to get back in the game to check.

    Is there going to be a way to cycle through units that aren't in the immediate vicinity? Are we going to see an on screen radar mini-map? Are we going to be able to move elements of the HUD?

    For a slightly non-graphics question, are we going to be able to create single player vs. AI games without having to be logged in?

    Sure there might be a long way to go, but hey have tested the new build and monitored gpu usage.
    It's just amazing how you finally managed to take advantage of the gpu power !
    Not all the time but many, many times, while zooming in on a pool of 400 bots running and fighting, my gpu load increases up to 100% while it never managed to consume more than 50% before. You've broken serious bottlenecks man ! And of Course FPS has drastically increased.

    In relation to this post, does someone know wether we stil can adjust the icon size? I am certain we could do that with F5 and F6 in the alpha?

    Yes... my bad for being first time poster and overall noob.

    Furthermore, everything looks great on my end general UI and everything else. Not so much of a worry about legibility.


    What have been your experiences on or with Tessellation and PhysX? or some other X graphics/GPU implementation?

    I'm not developer, but I don't get your question.

    This game doesn't use tessellation or PhysX.
