Pan Becomes disabled mid game after pressing "C" to go to commander

In the middle of an AI game (because i'm new), my arrow keys become unresponsive after pressing "c" once or more times. When this happens I cannot pan via mouse or keyboard and the game becomes unplayable. Zooming quits working and then the game becomes really un-playable. Also full screen does not work. I'm playing on a mac via steam.

Is this a known issue? Is it being worked on? Is this the correct place to report bugs with the beta?

Did you accidentally hit space?

You may have entered in freecam mode.

Try tapping space to exit free cam mode.

You should report bugs on the Beta/Bugs forum or on the Bug Tracker.

I haven't tested to be sure, but the camera might be getting stuck in tracking mode.
