Here is a 3000 relative to the sun

PA.exe is taking 5.2 GB of RAM atm.
You can try and extrapolate scale from that, or someone with more RAM can try generating one.

    Neat.
Planet surface area goes up with the SQUARE of its radius. It might be useful to show the planet's surface area, since growth curves is math and average people shouldn't be made to do math.

You don't have $80? RAM is stupidly cheap. The only problem is if your motherboard can't support it.

This is really awesome! But this will take a long time to implement those numbers of size in the game ( talking about performance! Only a small size of player can play this! This 15 gb ram planet is WITHOUT any unit on it!!! So only people with 32 gb ram can play this ( now ) )
And this is only useful for 40 Player Matches an this would take hours and hours and hours......

Here are some planets to compare.
FYI: The Earth has a radius of about 6.4 Million meters and the moons radius is about 1.4 Million meters.

    Nice table, man!

The planet in OPs image is 271,599,000m*2 , or almost exactly 54 times the surface area of a radius 200 planet. That's pretty big!

Thanks for sharing :) it's epic :) I'm afraid I need a new computer, my current one with 4gb of ram starts to have serious problems loading sytems with even a single planet biger than 2k.

Just reduce how many planets you have. 2 planets scale 3 and 2 moons at scale 2 or less you should be able to play it in an actual game.

Uber should host a weekly 40 man FFA game with some rewards/prizes sponsored by Intel, I'm sure it will be good marketing: "too laggy? here is a useful link to a better processor."

Those who could participate in those would be those who do not need those rewards. I mean, the one time I attempted to play an actual online game (not versus AI), I kept my fellow players waiting for half a minute after they were ready before I could select my starting spot. :p
