Is there a dev tracker feature or similar?

I had a thought. Or are you looking for all Dev. forum activity? If so you can subscribe to users and get notifications when the make a new post.

Some forums have a feed which shows all posts by staff, I imagine this is what the OP is referring to. You can achieve the same effect here by following the devs and using the news feed (https://forums.uberent.com/account/news-feed).
