New player: Lots of issues/Bugs

First: Where do we report suspected bugs?

Second: How long should a game take to load up? Sitting here (Im hosting) for 15 minutes, finally killed it.

Here's the bug tracker.

When you say it doesn't load up, what do you mean? What screen are you on and what have you done?

Hit start, and it put up a message saying " game will start when server generates the system"

Were you playing on your own or with people, and had the indication light turned green? (above the system box on the top right, it starts red, goes yellow when it's loading and green when it's loaded)

How big was the system? How much RAM do you have? It would probably be worth uploading your dxdiag.txt, but I wouldn't know how to analyse it myself.

8GB ram, one person, 2 ai. not sure on the lights will try again.

Edit trying again, the light was green now that I think on it and see again where it is. Will report if this game loads or not.

Ok so next game worked perfectly. Not sure what was up.

The game will crash sometimes if you don't wait for the green light. I'd recommend just always waiting for the green light

Also depends on planet size - when you "randomly" generate a system, you could have a size 2 planet.. or you could have two size 4s. Two size 4s will take a very long time to start up, compared to two size 2s.
