There should be an option for skipping the long timer in Blitz matches if everyone declares themselves as ready. Also, there should be an option for not starting a Crossfire match until all (or most) of the players are ready - this would be really useful for competitive games/scrimming. It would also mean allowing players to swap teams if necessary (to get clan members on the same team). EDIT: Edited topic to be about both Blitz and Crossfire.
