Critical problems with new PA launcher. What is the site with new PA_Launcher?

1) My Mk II PA launcher update did not work due to illegal access through the socket.
2) I logged to my account at uberent website and downloaded PA_Launcher.exe. It doesn't want to sign me in with my uberent login and username. What's wrong?

3) Where can I get new and working PA_launcher?

Finally the launcher works again. This thread is not important any more.
