I have been receiving an error every time I attempt to connect in Planetary Annihilation and I am unable to see the tutorial ( it only shows Incoming Transmission at the top of the tutorial tab) . I am able to create systems, but not connect to UberNet through Planetary Annihilation. If it helps, I bought the game through steam, but I haven't found any post about this problem. Is there any way to fix this or enable me to connect to play?

Can you please upload your DxDiag.txt. How to do so is my signature.

Please ping 189.173.65.36, 184.72.44.57, and uberent.com then do a tracert of all the addresses as well as uberent.com. Do you have antivirus and firewall if you do please tell me which ones. Show me the output of those commands as well.

    Unable to connect to host

I changed the steam account, but the problem still is there. And I don't understand the first part of your message.

So windows key + R > run > type cmd.
Then in the command line type ping 189.173.65.36, 184.72.44.57, and uberent.com do each of these one time. Using Snipping Tool which you can find in start > all programs > Accessories. using the tool take screen snippets of the output of ping into a folder. As you did for ping do the same thing just replace tracert for ping. For the tracert output into the same folder which you put the ping output into. Then right-click on a folder go down to send to and then select compressed (zipped) folder. Create a post and attach it here.

What antivirus are you running? i.e. McAfee, NOD32, etc.

Also your graphic card driver are out of date.

I use Norton for antivirus and internet security. Thank you for the link to update my driver and teaching me how to use snippets.

Can you try to add those two PA.exe files into exclusions?

If you running game from Steam by default files located there:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PlanetaryAnnihilation\PA.exe
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PlanetaryAnnihilation\bin_x64\PA.exe

It's how-to I'm find in internet. Not sure if this will work for you, but you can try it:

Most likely Norton that is causing the issue. Everything else checks out fine.
