Destiny is a pretty cool guy, eh streams games and doesn't afraid of anything.
For those of you that don't know who this is, he's just another streamer, mostly a SC2/LoL guy, gets around 2k viewers average. Used to be pretty big in SC2.

Considering that PA was backed by 44k people on kickstarter, 2k viewers is 5% of that.
I'm definitely looking forward to the stream.

2k viewers is quite a mass for a streamer.

destiny used to get a lot more than 2k, i have seen him with 8k viewers at times.

Has he ever played (S)MNC or streamed (S)MNC?

Would be interesting if players from SC2 like this game enough to try and be PRO gamer in it.

hopefully Uber can balance the game enough to promote that side. Would be interesting to watch big PA tournaments

Already some very interesting mini-tournaments going on, lots of ZaphodX casts on youtube of them, and they are only really using a portion of the units available. When the game is fleshed out more, and those other options become feasible, I think it will be amazing.

I just gave him the keys and he said he's tied up the next couple of days but then he plans to do it. So I would imagine it is pretty soon. Easiest would be to follow him on twitch.tv/destiny.

Thanks for the info. As I say, I'll be interested to keep an eye on this to see what the reaction is like.

Will hopefully be streaming some of this later today (In around 6-8 hours). Would like to stream some SC2 first, so I can pick up 4-5k viewers and get some better exposure on the PA side of things. I'm really interested to see what kind of strategies/ideas open up to a person with a relatively high mechanical base (well, at least whatever will transfer over from my SC2 play).

I'll be going into this COMPLETELY COLD, too, so if you do decide to tune in, expect me to be dealing with the learning curve for a while.

And of course you pick the night I have to go to London to do this. Dammit.

EDIT: Since you're going in cold, a word of warning, if I may, - don't play team games with people you don't know. Bad things will happen.
