Anti Nukes

    The nuke already has an inherent advantage no matter what:
    If you lose the antinuke, you die.

    Sure that said the anti nuke already has a lot more health than a nuke to the point the only easy way to snipe one out is with heavy bombers and if some one sneaks heavy bombers into your base well they have earned the snipe.

    i do agree that the anti nuke should cover a broader area..
    another thought would be to allow umbrellas hit missiles as well maybe with a chance to miss or have them to hit missiles more times to destroy them so antinukes still stay viable too..

    Just take out anti nukes and give umbrellas the role of countering nukes.

    Which would make the Umbrella the aforementioned "very expensive turret able to shoot down nukes".
    I'd be fine with that because building a ring of aNukes around every enemy installation -or better yet every engineer building something somewhere since he could whip up a T2 factory and so on- is just stupidly expensive.
    If you're able to push that many ressources into a "defense" you can also start to attack with Pelters and Catapults...

    At least when Barracudas be working, Anti-Nukes will need more radius.

    The umbrella is already the very expensive turret. :p

    Idea, two types of anti-nuke turrets. The first would be the one we have now, and the second would have longer range, but it's coverage would be fan shaped and you would have to rotate it to face the direction you think the Nucks will be coming from.
