Hi, Yesterday I tried to have a first glance at the game, but I can't get to the menu. When I start the game, it crashes about 5-20 seconds after. I've seen others with the same problem on this forum, but all of the solutions mentioned didn't work so far. I've added my DxDiag. Can you (try to) help me out please? Fkellog P.S. Re-installing the game is allowing to get me 30-40 seconds 'into' the game, but only with the first try
You DxDiag drivers info say this Driver Date/Size: 3/27/2012 06:10:00, 8087040 bytes <- video card drivers for the intel hd 3000 series. This driver is too old for running PA. Updating was insufficient. I guess I got to buy a new driver then, I got a 1-year old HP Thanks for the help anyways (Y)
please re-run DxDiag again and repost the next DxDiag.txt it makes. i will see if i can find you a driver. or my friend will help and find you one. I have a tablet pc and it was a pain in the bum to find an actual up to date driver that ran the game. Its HP's fault, you dont need to buy anything, just need to find a driver that works with the game im sure we will find you one within a few hours at the most we work hard to help you get into the game to enjoy it like we do sorry for all the smileys its been a good day
maybe one of these Intel drivers will work. HP have outdated drivers so they will always fail if you used the updates from HP's site. The updates from Intels site are more current. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Se... Processors with Intel® HD Graphics 3000/2000 that is the link for the INTEL HD 3000 chipset in your HP laptop. it should be up to date enough for you game to play. i will ask another friend who has same chipset i think , he may be able to help better than me
Haha Ill try it now. While busy learning with school, it suddenly seems a whole team is working on my case haha I like the smileys though, shows how passionate you guys are ^^
