Ever since they added the system where the game loads in the back ground while you are waiting in the lobby my game never actually loads... Even when the little light is green, when the game starts I just have a black screen, I have to reconnect for it to actually load. I prefer the old loading system much more compared to this because this just introduced a whole new game breaking and morale breaking problem for me.

When ever a game does surprisingly load, it lags to hell and then crashes... I have no idea what could be causing this problem, I just recently upgraded my CPU and motherboard and I have triple checked to make sure that I have all the necessary drivers for them... So What Gives?
Can anyone help me out here? Is there anything I can do about this?

EDIT: I am currently uninstalling the game via steam and I am going to reinstall it. I am wondering it has anything to do with the game being installed before my main harddrive was wiped. (Also I am aware the game apparently has issues with Nvidia cards while running through steam, I have installed both the steam client and the PA Launcher before my initial wipe on my main harddrive, I will see if the steam client improves any and even if it doesnt, I will go ahead and reinstall the PA launcher as well to see if that fixes anything.)

    My dxdiag is attached.

You can improve average performance using those workarounds:

But it's have nothing to do with crashes.

When you got crash, how many planets you trying to play on? You have only 4GB RAM and it's serious limit for this game.
