IF anyone can help, I am having problems when the game starts up, and I have tried to update the drivers, and direct x is up to date. But when ever I try to install a driver something is wrong, and I think that I have fully updated drivers. But the game still crashes. I cant figure out anything for getting the game to work, If anyone could help I would be very grateful.

Most likely game trying to run on integrated graphics Check this video how-to:

And configuration your drivers to run PA.exe on high performance Nvidia graphics card.

Also try to download drivers from Nvidia website instead of DELL:

Can you say what exactly video card you have? Or what exactly model of laptop you using?

Unfortunately your DxDiag.txt is mess (some system problem, not your fall), so have no idea what exactly video card you have.

Also you can just try mobile Nvidia driver:

I found the download that works(somewhat) it is the GeForce 300M Series. It mostly works, but fails to install at the end, I am looking into it on the Nvidia forums with the error messages. But I have a Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family video card. But the Geforce 300M works for it.

    lulz. good reads, good reads

the failing at the end thing can't be a partial yes. either it failed period or it ran. what error message do you get?

you should consider removing (and I know sxx, with this young padawad it sounds dodgy, but i think it should work out fine) the few installed graphical drivers you have first with this http://www.guru3d.com/content_page/guru3d_driver_sweeper.html

Only remove the entries labeled "Nvidia" or "intel-display"

then the intall might run much more smoothly. (you'll need to install the intel one again too)
